I. V. Specialty, Ltd. provides home inotropic therapies for patients with end-stage CHF or for candidates awaiting heart transplantation.  Our home-based cardiac services help improve a patient's individual cardiac function and enhance their overall quality of life.

Dobutamine, dopamine, and milrinone are agents used for the management of cardiac patients who have not responded adequately to digitalis, diuretics, beta-blockers, or vasodilators.
