a locally owned and operated home infusion company established in 1994.
Our staff of registered nurses and pharmacists are IV-certified and
have
extensive experience providing
home health and infusion therapy for patients of all ages.
Our Mission
I.V. Specialty
is dedicated to providing quality pharmacy and nursing services to
patients in the home. The provision of a quality program to
patients is a complex challenge that is most effectively met by the
utilization of a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
Pharmacists and nurses practicing in this environment are
expected to make meaningful contributions to patient care and
education.
A basic tenet
of practice at I.V. Specialty is that pharmacists and nurses, through
the provision of pharmaceutical and nursing care, share ultimate
